I'm told my Grandpa Helmer , a local artist and painter, made patterns and molds for plaques which he brought for casting at the local foundry. As a child we would work with Dad making bullets and slugs for reloading in time for hunting season or just some old bottles and cans in a sandpit bank. The old lead pot would sit with a silvery pool of molten metal and suddenly it would become something useful. Recycling used lead from firing ranges and tire weights we would cast mini-muffin ingots. Soon we had molds and made sinkers for friends and family and we just grew a bit from there. We make a quality product, we can make rigs to your specifications...just ask.
